At inauguration ceremonies held Monday, newly-elected Mayor Tom Blake presents outgoing Mayor Linda Cohen with a portrait of her likeness, which will be hung in South Portland City Hall Chambers. Blake was elected unanimously by his peers to serve a third term as mayor. “To have that opportunity for a third time truly is an honor,” he said. Cohen, who represents District 4, was sworn in as well, along with newly-elected District 3 Councilor Eben Rose; Dick Matthews, of District 3, who is chairman of the Board of Education; Libby Reynolds, who represents District 4 on the School Board, and Tappan Fitzgerald, of District 5.

What a phony. Emperor Blake has a lot of skeletons in his closet. Someday all of his minions will be shocked when the Emperor’s true colors are revealed.

    All hail Emperor Blake!
