SMCC soccer advances in playoffs
The Southern Maine Community College men’s soccer team beat Unity, 2-1, Tuesday in the Yankee Small College Conference quarterfinals. Steve Rwendeye had both goals as the Seawolves rallied to prevail. SMCC advanced to meet New Hampshire Technical Institute in the semifinals. The women went to Unity Wednesday for their quarterfinal.
