Miles for Martyn fundraiser Saturday
Seacoast Soccer has organized a fundraiser run for former North Yarmouth Academy boys’ soccer coach Martyn Keen, who is battling esophageal cancer. The “Miles for Martyn” run will be held Saturday at 10 a.m., beginning on the game fields adjacent to the Hannaford’s near the Back Cove in Portland. Running camp upcoming
Ziggy’s Running Camp for boys and girls in grades 5-12 will begin Monday and run through Friday, July 1. The comprehensive five-day cross country camp is directed by Waynflete coach and Maine Running Hall of Famer Brian “Ziggy” Gillespie. FMI, 774-5721 or waynflete.org/summertime.
