Scarborough field hockey hosting camp

The reigning Class A state champion Scarborough field hockey program is hosting a high school level camp, July 19-23 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on the high school’s turf field. The camp will be taught by coach Kerry Mariello and her staff, with special guests throughout the week. The cost is $175. There will also be camps for incoming grades K through 2 (July 12-14, 5:30 to 7 p.m., $40), 3-5 (July 26-29, 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., $75) and grades 6-8 (July 26-30, 1-5 p.m., $100). Officials assignor sought

The Southwestern Maine Activities Association (SMAA) and the Western Maine Conference are jointly seeking an officials assignor for field hockey, soccer and lacrosse. To apply, send a letter of interest and current resume via e-mail to Susan Robbins at by Friday.
