Maine Premier Lacrosse offerings

Portland Porpoises compete at state championships

The Portland Porpoise Swim Club competed at the Maine Swimming Championship meet at UMaine-Orono, March 15-18 and placed third, its best performance in years. The Porpoises also had many age group high point winners: Peterson Silk (11-12), 6th; Wyeth Spike (13-14), 5th; Mike O’Donovan (13-14), 3rd; Kevin Kane (13-14), 8th; and Ellen Silk (15-19), 6th. Spring into action boys’ lacrosse clinic upcoming

The Spring Into Action K-8 boys’ lacrosse clinic, featuring skills, drills and games designed to give a boost to your players and coaches as you head into the season, will be held Saturday, April 14 from 8 to 10 a.m. at the Portland Sports Complex, 512 Warren Avenue.
