Scarborough runner qualifies for national championships
Scarborough’s Sarah Mount, a freshman at Cheverus High School, qualified for the New Balance National Indoor Track championships in New York City, to be contested Saturday. Mount is the top female freshman 400 runner in the state (1 minute, 2.42 seconds). She finished sixth at the Class A state meet last month. Mount also plays soccer and will run outdoor track.
Cape Elizabeth coaching openings
