1/6 at 6:22 p.m. Michael Atkins, 27, of Merrimac, Massachusetts, was arrested on Maine Mall Road by Officer Caleb Gray on charges of operating vehicle without a license, and failure to register vehicle. 

1/7 at 9:15 p.m. Rizwan Khan, 30, of Portland, was arrested on the Casco Bay Bridge by Officer Kevin Theriault on charges of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, operating while license suspended and failure to register vehicle. 

1/8 at 11:23 p.m. Matthew Pralicz, 40, of Saco, was arrested on Westbrook Street by Officer Ryan M. Jones on charges of reckless conduct, operating under the influence and operating a vehicle without a license. 

1/9 at 10:44 p.m. Cuong Nguyen, 36, no address listed, was arrested on Maine Mall Road by Officer Michael Armstrong on a warrant. 

1/10 at 6:36 p.m. John P. Smith, 62, of South Portland, was arrested on Sandy Hill Road by Officer Brian McCarthy on a warrant.

1/8 at 2:29 p.m. John Lambert, 53, of Windham, was issued a summons on Waterman Drive by Officer John Bostwick on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking. 

1/9 at 5:29 p.m. Trea Sean Solis Deam-Monat, 18, of Portland, was issued a summons on Philbrook Avenue by Officer Michael Armstrong on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking. 

1/10 at 1:38 a.m. Jordan R. Wing, 23, of Westbrook, was issued a summons on Running Hill Road by Officer Kevin Theriault on a charge of operating a vehicle while license suspended. 

1/11 at 1:37 p.m. Mariah Krauss, 30, of Auburn, was issued a summons on Maine Mall Road by Officer Rocco Navarro on a charge of operating after registration suspended. 

1/11 at 5:59 p.m. Trea Sean Solis Deam-Monat, 18, of Portland, was issued a summons on Cottage Road by Officer Shane Stephenson on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.

1/12 at 2:22 p.m. Alexandria F. Ruiz, 39, of Portland, was issued a summons on Philbrook Avenue by Officer Rocco Navarro on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking. 

1/12 at 8:49 p.m. Jesse C. Zavos, 23, of Henderson, N.C., was issued a summons on Gorham Road by Officer Michael Armstrong on a charge of failure to register vehicle.
