1/14 at 6:31 p.m. Eliza Heatley, 36, of South Portland, was arrested on Broadway by Officer Kaitlyn Thurlow on a charge of operating under the influence. 

1/14 at 7 p.m. Nicholas O’Brien, 36, of Casco, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Anthony Verville on a charge of unlawful possession of heroin and operating under the influence of drugs or combined with alcohol.
