8/23 at 3:18 p.m. Adam Hamilton, 41, of South Portland, was arrested on Elm Street by Officer James Fahey on a charge of domestic violence assault.

8/23 at 7:17 p.m. Michael J. Lionetta, 52, of Portland, was arrested on Broadway by Officer David Stailing on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.

8/24 at 12:27 a.m. Joshua A. Kennedy, 25, of Scarborough, was arrested on Western Avenue by Officer Jeff Warren on a charge of theft of services.

8/24 at 4:28 p.m. Ashley Gross, 24, of Peaks Island, was arrested on Maine Mall Road by Officer Richard Mearn on charges of theft by unauthorized taking, violating a condition of release and an outstanding warrant from another agency.
