9/18 at 10:40 p.m. Police responded to Dunscomb Avenue for a report of an unwanted person. When police arrived, the homeowner identified 21-year-old Julie Deschaine as the person who would not leave the home. Deschaine was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, violation of bail and obstructing government administration.

Home invasion, assault

9/19 at 4:50 a.m. Police were called to Lombard Street, where two men were reportedly trying to force their way into a home. During the investigation, police determined an assault had occurred that evening. Although the suspect fled before police arrived, a man matching his description was found walking on Broadway. Abdi Ali, 21, of Portland, was arrested on a charge of aggravated assault.
