9/10 at 4:54 p.m. Allen T. Neves, 57, of Warren, was arrested on Stevens Avenue in Portland by Officer Caleb Gray on charges of robbery and operating with a suspended or revoked license. 

9/10 at 8:14 p.m. John E. Holman, 41, of South Portland, was arrested on Anthoine Street by Officer Scott Study on an outstanding warrant from another agency.
