8/24 at 12:12 a.m. Christopher Kokoros, 33, of Maynard, Mass., was arrested on Main Street by Officer Brian McCarthy on a charge of operating under the influence. 

8/25 at 12 a.m. Adam Black, 22, was arrested on Townhouse Drive by Officer Michael Matheson on a warrant and on a charge of burglary.

8/25 at 9:20 p.m. David Francis, 25, was arrested on Wermuth Road by Officer Peter Corbett on charges of domestic violence assault and assault. 

8/25 at 11:49 p.m. Nicholas Cruz, 24, was arrested on a warrant by Officer Erin Curry on Broadway. 

8/26 at 12:37 a.m. Richard Leavitt, 34, was arrested on Tanner Street by Officer Jeff Levesque on a charge of operating under the influence.

8/26 at 3:12 p.m. Lindsay Maffei, 33, was arrested on Philbrook Avenue by Officer Peter Corbett on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.  

8/27 at 10:26 a.m. Linda Laino-Stevenson, 61, of Conway, N.H., was arrested on Maine Mall Road by Officer James Fahey on a charge of theft of services. 

8/27 at 12:59 a.m. Catalina Gorau, 22, of Old Orchard Beach, was arrested on Philbrook Avenue by Officer Rocco Navarro on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.

8/22 at 2:52 p.m. Jeffrey Chapagne, 48, of Portland, was summonsed on Maine Mall Road by Officer Kevin Sager on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking. 

8/23 at 2:50 p.m. Two 14-year-olds, of Portland, were summonsed on Maine Mall Road by Officer Robert Libby on charges of theft by unauthorized taking.

8/23 at 4:01 p.m. Two 17-year-olds, of South Berwick, were summonsed on Maine Mall Road by Officer Philip Longanecker on charges of theft by unauthorized taking.

8/24 at 10:27 a.m. Jennifer MGuire, 22, of Portland, was summonsed on Maine Mall Road by Officer John Bostwick on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking. 

8/24 at 1:35 p.m. Avery Hoddinott, 24, of Wayne, was summonsed on Broadway by officer Rocco Navarro on a charge of operating after suspension.

8/25 a 12:10 a.m. Rebekkah Willey, 28, of Hollis Center, was summonsed on Cottage Road by Officer Jeff Levesque on a charge of operating after suspension. 

8/26 at 1:50 a.m. Joshua Jerbert, 34, of Hollis,was summonsed on Main Street by Officer Brian McCarthy on a charge of operating under the influence.

8/26 at 5:04 p.m. A 16-year-old, of Buxton, was summonsed on Maine Mall Road by Officer Andrew Nelson on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking. 

8/27 at 6:22 a.m. Douglas Salvador, 38, of Cape Elizabeth, was summonsed on the Casco Bay Bridge by Officer Kevin Sager on a charge of operating with an unregistered motor vehicle.

Rack ’em up

8/21 at 7:59 p.m. Two officers were working an under-aged drinking detail when they observed a man, who had just purchased 42 beers (a 30-pack and a 12-pack), enter a vehicle with three younger men. The officers stopped the vehicle on Clemens Street and the subsequent investigation revealed the driver and the passenger were 20-years-old and the latter was allegedly in possession of marijuana. Patrick Farrell, 20, was summonsed on a charge of illegal transportation of alcohol by a minor and Matthew Fagone, 20, was summonsed on a charge of possession of marijuana.

Detective nabs alleged burglar

8/25 at 12 a.m. On Aug. 21, residents of a Townhouse Drive address reported that someone had forced their way into their home during the night, stealing an Xbox game console and some cash. Detective Michael Matheson investigated the complaint and a neighborhood suspect developed. When the suspect was found, they located the Xbox, but the cash was not recovered. Adam Black, 22, was arrested on a charge of burglary. 

Ending a free ride

8/27 at 10:26 a.m. Officer James Fahey responded to a Maine Mall area hotel for a complaint that a guest had left without paying room charges totaling $1,290. Fahey eventually located the suspect, who had checked into another mall-area hotel. Linda Laino-Stevenson, 61, of Conway, N.H., was arrested on a charge of theft of services.
