9/12 at 12:39 a.m. Ashley V. Virgilio, 22, of South Portland, was arrested on Casco Bay Bridge by Officer Ezekiel Collins on a charge of operating without a license.

9/12 at 6:01 p.m. Russell L. Hastings, 33, of Portland, was arrested on Maine Mall Road by Officer Jeffrey Warren on the charges of theft by unauthorized taking and theft by receiving stolen property.

9/13 at 8:25 a.m. Marie Michaud, 42, of Buxton, was arrested on Maine Mall Road by Officer Jeffrey Pooler on an outstanding warrant from another agency and a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.

9/13 at 12:44 p.m. Michael Hoffman, 23, of Lyman, was arrested on Gorham Road by Officer Jeffrey Pooler, on an outstanding warrant from another agency.
