9/4 at 3:40 a.m. Kate E. Cox, 31, of Steep Falls, was arrested on Benjamin W. Pickett Street by Officer Theodore Sargent on an outstanding warrant from another agency. 

9/4 at 10:20 a.m. Scott Yonker, 51, no address listed, was arrested on Interstate 295 by Officer Caleb Gray on a charge of failing to report an accident. 

9/5 at 1:33 a.m. David E. Belliveau, 31, of South Portland, was arrested on West MacArthur Circle by Officer Nicolas Dascanio on a charge of operating under the influence. 

9/6 at 2:27 p.m. Daniel L. Irvin, 20, of South Portland, was arrested on Philbrook Avenue by Officer Rocco Navarro on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.
