Underage party busted

9/9 at 1:34 a.m. Officers responded to a neighbor’s complaint of a loud party on Westbrook Street. When they arrived, the officers spoke with several partygoers, all allegedly underage, and reportedly saw numerous alcoholic beverage containers. The tenants, Sarah and Michelle Bourget, both 19, of South Portland, were arrested and charged with furnishing liquor to minors and possession of alcohol by a minor. Two others were also charged: Irie Potter, 19, of South Berwick, for possession of alcohol by a minor, and Hannah Clark, 20, of Portland, for possession of marijuana.
