8/30 at 11:48 a.m. Arim Taffere, 31, of South Portland, was arrested on East Wainwright Circle by Officer Philip Longanecker on charges of domestic violence assault, carrying a concealed weapon, criminal mischief, reckless conduct, terrorizing, and making a threatening display with a dangerous weapon.
