8/28 at 12:09 a.m. Fuad Ali, 22, of Portland, was arrested on the Veteran’s Memorial Bridge by Officer Kevin Sager on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

8/28 at 12:11 a.m. Hirja A. Ugas, 23, of Portland, was arrested on the Veteran’s Memorial Bridge by Officer Kevin Sager on a charge of violating conditions of release.

8/28 at 1:41 a.m. Richard A. Staples, 26, of Woodstock, Vermont, was arrested on the Casco Bay Bridge by Sgt. Kevin Gerrish on a charge of operating under the influence.

8/28 at 1:42 a.m. Sinit Taffere, 26, of Portland, was arrested on the Interstate 295 by Officer Michael Armstrong on charges of operating under the influence and exceeding the speed limit by 30 mph or more.

8/29 at 1:56 a.m. Ingrid R. Gerena, 23, of Saco, was arrested on Interstate 295 by Officer Ryan Le on charges of operating under the influence and exceeding the speed limit by 30 mph or more.

8/29 at 11:54 p.m. Thanh H. Nguyen, 23, of South Portland, was arrested on Evans Street by Officer Kevin Sager on charges of operating after habitual offender license revocation, failure to give a correct name, address or date of birth and displaying a suspended driver’s license.

9/3 at 9:29 p.m. Brandon J. Dagnese, 21, of Scarborough, was arrested on Waterman Drive by Officer Kevin Sager on charges of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, operating with a suspended or revoked license and possession of marijuana.
