8/29 at 7:52 a.m. Tricia Goodine, 41, of Scarborough, was arrested in Portland by Officer Kevin Gerrish on charges of assault with a deadly weapon, endangering the welfare of a child, reckless conduct with a dangerous weapon, aggravated criminal mischief, driving to endanger and leaving the scene of an accident. 

8/30 at 1:24 a.m. Norman Parrott, 59, was arrested on Benjamin Pickett Road by Officer Kevin Sager on charges of disorderly conduct and false public alarm or report. 

8/31 at 3:22 p.m. Jessica Rice, 31, of Westbrook, was arrested on Maine Mall Road by Officer Peter Corbett on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking. 

8/31 at 5:07 p.m. Brittany Parker, 20, was arrested on Angell Avenue by Officer Andrew Nelson on a charge of violating conditions on release. 

8/31 at 5:07 p.m. Michael Fournier, 24, was arrested on a warrant by Officer Richard Mearn on Angell Avenue.

9/1 at 1:58 a.m. Daniel Vandorn, 30, of Westbrook, was arrested on the Turnpike Spur by Officer Seth Page on a charge of operating after suspension.

Car as a weapon

8/29 at 7:52 a.m. Portland police located and arrested a suspected hit-and-run driver, who apparently intentionally rammed another driver on Broadway. While waiting at a drive-through, Tricia Goodine, 41, of Scarborough, allegedly pulled up next to the victim and had a verbal exchange. Goodine, who is the ex-wife of the victim’s fiance, allegedly backed her vehicle up and rammed the suspect’s car before fleeing and leaving parts of her vehicle behind, including the bumper with attached license plate. Both vehicles reportedly contained children. Goodine was arrested on charges of assault with a deadly weapon, endangering the welfare of a child, reckless conduct with a dangerous weapon, aggravated criminal mischief, driving to endanger, and leaving the scene of an accident. 

Look over there

8/30 at 1:24 a.m. Police were called to a Pickett Street restaurant for a report of a man refusing to leave. Upon arrival, the man allegedly attempted to report an unfounded emergency. Norman Parrott, 59, was arrested for criminal trespass and making a false public alarm or report.

Road rage follows ‘talk’ between motorists

9/1 at 1:05 p.m. A discussion over driving habits resulted in one man’s assault on another’s vehicle. According to the complaint, the exchange took place between a man in a vehicle and motorcyclist. While stopped at Broadway and Cottage Road, the man on the motorcycle allegedly dismounted, approached the victim’s car and punched the windshield, smashing it. Jason Spiller, 28, of Gorham, was later summonsed on a charge of criminal mischief.
