10/18 at 2:35 a.m. Sudan Puot, 26, of Saco, was arrested on Casco Bay Bridge by Officer Nicolas Dascanio on a charge of operating under the influence. 

10/19 at 5:57 p.m. Ralph E. Swider, 48, of Portland, was arrested on Waterman Drive by Officer Patricia Maynard on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking. 

10/21 at 2:20 a.m. Benjamin Bambrick, 26, of Bangor, was arrested on Interstate 295 by Officer Kaitlyn Thurlow on a charge of operating under the influence.
