10/7 at 12:41 p.m. Hellen Pickson, 38, of South Portland, was arrested on Western Avenue by Officer Rocco Navarro on an outstanding warrant from another agency and a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license. 

10/9 at 1:45 a.m. Ely Emmons, 31, of Portland, was arrested on Harriet Street by Officer Richard Mearn on charge of burglary and theft by unauthorized taking. 

10/10 at 8:36 p.m. Chelsie Thibault, 29, of South Portland, was arrested on Broadway by Officer Michael Armstrong on charges of operating under the influence and failure to notify of an accident. 

10/12 at 1:35 a.m. Mitchell L. Sperrey, 24, of South Portland, was arrested on Interstate 295 by Officer Jacob LaChance on charges of operating under the influence and exceeding the speed limit by 30 mph. 

10/13 at 12:53 a.m. Gabriel M. Sobczak, 22, of South Portland, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Chris Gosling on charges of operating with a suspended or revoked license and exceeding the speed limit by 30 mph. 

10/13 at 1:21 p.m. Ashley Cedano, 21, of Lawrence, Massachusetts, was arrested on Sable Oaks Drive by Officer David Stailing on charges of engaging in prostitution and violating conditions of release.
