10/17 at 3:09 a.m. Scott Alexander, 31, was arrested on a warrant on Cottage Road by Officer Jeff Levesque. 

10/17 at 4:44 p.m. Derrick Garland, 20, address unknown, was arrested on Maine Mall Road by Officer Peter Corbett on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.

10/17 at 8:28 p.m. Eric Coleman, 39, was arrested on Broadway by Officer Benjamin Macisso on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license habitual offender status.

10/22 at 10:42 a.m. Mary Boucar, 47, was summonsed on Main Street by Officer Adam Howard on a charge of leaving the scene of an accident.

10/23 at 5:58 p.m. A 13 and 15 year old, of Portland, were summonsed on Maine Mall Road by Officer Christopher Todd on charges of theft by unauthorized taking. 

10/23 at 11:56 p.m. Ryan Carter, 19, was summonsed on Main Street by Officer Erin Curry on a charge of sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

Clothes-ed door

10/18 at 12:48 a.m. Police responded to a Clifford Street residence for a reported domestic disturbance and it was determined that the man should leave for the night. When he tried to go into the home to get some clothes, the woman reportedly refused to let him in, forcing officers to mediate the dispute. Once resolved, the man tried to leave the residence, but the 57-yer-old woman allegedly jumped on the hood of his vehicle in an attempt to stop him. Emily Hebert was arrested for disorderly conduct and obstructing government administration.

Butterfly assault

10/12 at 2:13 p.m. Officer Steven Connors investigated a complaint on Westbrook Street where a 17-year-old said he had been assaulted by someone he knew. When officers located the suspect on Wermuth Road, the 18-year-old was reportedly carrying a butterfly knife. Vincent Varanelli was arrested for assault, trafficking in dangerous knives and criminal threatening.

Money dispute turns violent

10/22 at 12:15 a.m. Police were called to Devereaux Circle to investigate an unknown domestic disturbance. Police determined there had been an argument over money earlier that day and a boy had allegedly grabbed the victim’s computer and smashed it. The victim was then allegedly assaulted by his girlfriend and two women who later showed up at the residence. Heather MacDonald, 37, was arrested for domestic violence assault, while Amanda Seavey, 34, and Theresa Dyment, 19, were arrested for assault. Police are still looking for a boy wanted for criminal mischief and domestic violence assault.
