10/17 at 1:46 a.m. Timothy J. Crow, 28, of South Portland, was arrested on West MacArthur Circle by Officer Kevin Theriault on charges of operating under the influence, violating conditions of release, failure to register a motor vehicle and driving without a license.
10/17 at 9:01 p.m. Milan Misljenovic, 28, of South Portland, was arrested on Westbrook Street by Officer Andrew Nelson on a charge of criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
