Arrests 

10/11 at 1:31 a.m. Bryan D. Clukey, 40, of Scarborough, was arrested on Elm Street by Officer Richard Habr on a charge of operating under the influence.

10/11 at 3:20 a.m. Patrick Jacques, 23, of Portland, was arrested on Broadway by Officer Kevin Theriault on a charge of operating under the influence.

10/11 at 12:21 p.m. Jeremy Austin, 27, of Greene, was arrested on the Veterans Memorial Bridge by Officer Rocco Navarro on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license and an outstanding warrant from another agency.

10/12 at 3:16 a.m. Zoe L. Swaffar, 21, was arrested on Main Street by Sgt. Kevin Gerrish on a charge of operating under the influence.

10/13 at 11:41 a.m. Jeffrey T. Dahl, 28, of Portland, was arrested on Anthoine Street by Officer John Bostwick on charges of tampering with a victim and violating conditions of release.
