10/14 at 5:57 p.m. William Eustis, 38, of Portland, was arrested on Bonnybank Terrace by Officer Jeff Levesque on an outstanding warrant from another agency. 

10/15 at 5:04 a.m. Mohamed Diane, 18, of Houlton, was arrested on Broadway by Officer Brian McCarthy on charges of burglary of a motor vehicle and theft by unauthorized taking.
