10/10 at 12:29 a.m. Tina Ricci, 27, was arrested on Broadway by Officer Kevin Sager on charges of operating with a revoked license, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and on a warrant. 

10/10 at 1:01 a.m. Megan Smart, 24, was arrested on Sawyer Street by Officer Erin Curry on charges of assault and theft of services. 

10/10 at 1:26 a.m. Ernest Orodi, 28, of Brandon, Fla., was arrested on West Commercial Street in Portland by Officer Kevin Sager on a charge of operating under the influence.

10/11 at 1:29 a.m. Alex Bowman, 19, of Portland, was arrested on Cottage Road by Officer Kevin Sager on a charge of operating beyond license restrictions. 

10/11 at 5:23 a.m. Dylan Leddy, 19, was arrested on Market Street by Officer Erin Curry on a charge of operating under the influence.

10/11 at 12:22 p.m. Ataeieh Akbari, 20, of Portland, was arrested on Maine Mall Road by Officer John Bostwick on charges of theft by unauthorized taking, probation violation and violating conditions of release.  

10/12 at 12:54 a.m. Scott Flint, 33, was arrested on a warrant on Skillings Street by Officer Thomas Simmonds on charges of violation of conditional release and domestic violence terrorizing.

10/15 at 5:53 p.m. Matthew Maloney, 23, of Portland, was arrested on Market Street by Officer Jeffrey Pooler on charges of theft by unauthorized taking and violating a condition of release. 

10/15 at 6:28 p.m. A 16-year-old was arrested on Westbrook Street by Officer Christopher Todd on charges of assault and violation of probation. 

10/15 at 6:56 p.m. Joshua Adler, 30, of Lewiston and South Portland, was arrested on Philbrook Avenue by Officer Christopher Todd on charges of assault, theft by unauthorized taking, possession of theft devices and violating probation.

10/11 at 1:58 a.m. A 16-year-old, of Portland, was summonsed on Hillside Avenue by Officer Erin Curry on a charge of illegal possession of liquor by a minor.

10/11 at 3:22 p.m. Ashley Brant, 20, of Gorham, was summonsed on Maine Mall Road by Officer Patricia Maynard on a charge of operating after suspension.

10/12 at 3:15 p.m. A 16-year-old and two 17-year-olds, of Brewer, were summonsed on Maine Mall Road by Officer Peter Corbett on charges of theft by unauthorized taking.

10/12 at 3:30 p.m. A 15-year-old, of Standish, was summonsed on Maine Mall Road by Officer Benjamin Macisso on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.

10/12 at 6:30 p.m. A 16-year-old was summonsed on Highland Avenue by officer Christopher Todd on a charge of possession of tobacco products by a minor.  

10/14 at 12:47 p.m. Rebecca Mann, 46, of Cumberland Foreside, was summonsed on Maine Mall Road by Officer John Bostwick on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking. 

10/15 at 1:21 p.m. Jade Blake, 26, of Old Orchard Beach, was summonsed on Maine Mall Road by Officer Steven Connors on charges of theft by unauthorized taking and theft by deception. 

10/16 at 4:43 p.m. Matthew Cason, 24, of Portland, was summonsed on Gorham Road by Officer Kevin Gerrish on a charge of possession of marijuana.

10/16 at 11:56 p.m. A 17-year-old, of Cape Elizabeth, was summonsed on Ocean Street by Officer Jeff Levesque on charges of possession of alcohol by a minor and refusing to submit to arrest or detention. 

Slap-happy a-fare

10/10 at 1 a.m. Police were called to Broadway and Sawyer Street for a report of a customer refusing to pay a cab fare. The driver reportedly picked up a woman in Portland and the fare came to $17.50. The woman allegedly protested the fare and reportedly hit the driver several times in the face. Megan Smart, 24, was arrested on charges of assault and theft of services. 

1-man crime spree

10/15 at 7 p.m. Police were called to a Philbrook Road business that was hit by the same shoplifter twice. Employees reported that the man entered the store first around 2 p.m., removed a security tag from a $140 purse and fled without paying. The same man allegedly returned at 7 p.m. and cut the security tag on a $130 purse and fled the store, allegedly shoving two security guards in the process. A half hour later, a plain clothes officer saw a man matching the suspect’s description in a parking lot near a car with its dome light on. The man reportedly fled when the officer approached, but was caught; he allegedly had a wallet he had taken from the car. Joshua Adler, 30, was arrested on charges of theft, assault, burglary to a motor vehicle, possession of theft devices and violation of probation.

10/16 at 6:29 p.m. Police pulled over a vehicle that made an illegal turn onto Cottage Road. When the vehicle stopped, a male passenger reportedly fled from the vehicle, which reportedly contained five, half-gallon bottles of booze. The 17-year-old, of Cape Elizabeth, was located at his house and summonsed on charges of possession of alcohol by a minor and refusing to submit to arrest or detection.
