10/ 5 at 12:45 a.m. Dale G. Griffith, 44, of Kennebunk was arrested on John Roberts Road by Officer Jonathan Stearns on charges of theft by unauthorized use of property, sale and use of drug paraphernalia, violating conditions of release, aggravated operating after habitual offender revocation, attempting to elude and officer, attachment of false plates and refusing to sign a summons.

10/ 5 at 1 a.m. Nicole Turner, 26, of Biddeford, was arrested on John Roberts Road by Officer Jonathan Stearns on charges of sales and use of drug paraphernalia and refusing to submit to arrest.
