Griffith, 44, of Kennebunk was arrested on John Roberts Road by Officer Jonathan Stearns on charges of theft by unauthorized use of property, sale and use of drug paraphernalia, violating conditions of release, aggravated operating after habitual offender revocation, attempting to elude and officer, attachment of false plates and refusing to sign a summons.

10/ 5 at 1 a.m. Nicole Turner, 26, of Biddeford, was arrested on John Roberts Road by Officer Jonathan Stearns on charges of sales and use of drug paraphernalia and refusing to submit to arrest.

10/ 5 at 1 a.m. Michael A. Danis, 29, of South Portland, was arrested on John Roberts Road by Officer Jonathan Stearns on charges of sales and use of drug paraphernalia, possession of a suspended license and refusing to submit to arrest.

10/5 at 11 a.m. Andrew J. Binette, 25, of Old Orchard Beach, was arrested on Waterman Drive by Sgt. Steve Webster on charges of theft by unauthorized taking and violating conditions of release.

10/6 at 7:26 p.m. Marissa J. Henry, 23, of South Portland, was arrested on Broadway by Officer Jesse Peasley on a charge of operating under the influence and leaving the scene of an accident.
