10/4 at 11:14 a.m. Andrew Forbis, 34, of Portland, was arrested on Maine Mall Road by Officer Kevin Gerrish on a charge of violation of probation.

10/4 at 2:58 p.m. Jason Yankowski, 30, was arrested on Elm Street by Officer Patricia Maynard on a charge of terrorizing.  

10/5 at 11:10 a.m. A 14-year-old was arrested on Wescott Road by Officer John Bostwick on a charge of violation of probation. 

10/8 at 7:33 p.m. Mark Lyon, 55, a transient, was arrested on Philbrook Avenue by Officer Jeffrey Pooler on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking. 

10/9 at 1:34 a.m. Jason Berthiaume, 24, of Biddeford, was arrested on Broadway by Officer Jeff Levesque on a charge of operating under the influence.

10/9 at 1:35 a.m. Jonathan Devaney, 24, was arrested on a warrant by Officer Seth Page on Colin Kelley Road.

10/3 at 1:15 p.m. Jaclyn Currier, 20, was issued a summons on Anthoine Street by Officer Adam Howard on a charge of failure to give notice of an accident.

10/3 at 1:31 p.m. A 16-year-old, of Harpswell, was summonsed on Maine Mall Road by Officer Kevin Battle on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking. 

10/3 at 3:03 p.m. Three 13-year-olds, of Kennebunk, were summonsed on Maine Mall Road by Officer Christopher Todd on charges of theft. 

10/5 at 1:45 p.m. Thomas Westwig, 37, of Westbrook, was summonsed on Broadway by Officer Rocco Navarro on a charge of operating after suspension.

10/5 at 3:14 p.m. Diana Roberts, 47, of Gorham, was summonsed on Maine Mall Road by Officer Peter Corbett on a charge of theft by deception. 

10/6 at 5:01 p.m. Danielle Rogers, 34, was summonsed on Maine Mall Road by Officer Theodore Sargent on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking. 

10/7 at 2 p.m. Tina Fitzsimmons, 25, of Biddeford, was summonsed on Hill Street by Officer Steven Connors on a charges of theft by unauthorized taking and violation and condition of release. 

10/7 at 7:26 p.m. Lauren Petrillo, 22, was summonsed on Cottage Road by Officer Jeffrey Pooler on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.  

Overstaying his welcome

10/4 at 3 p.m. Police responded to an Elm Street residence for a report of a man threatening another man with a firearm. The victim, the owner of the apartment, told police that he believed his tenant was had stayed past the date he was supposed to move out. When the owner tried to handle the situation himself, the tenant allegedly threatened to shoot him if he entered the apartment. Officers approached the suspect and convinced him to come out of unit, where a BB gun was later discovered. Jason Yankowski, 30, was arrested on a charge of terrorizing.

10/5 at 3:14 p.m. Police were called to a Maine Mall business, where a female employee was caught allegedly making fraudulent merchandise returns to the store. Diana Roberts, 47, of Gorham, was summonsed on a charge of theft by deception.
