10/1 at 5:18 p.m. Pamela Wildes, 61, of South Portland, was arrested on Spring Street by Officer Jesse Peasley on a charge of violating a protection order. 

10/2 at 1:23 a.m. William J. Dobson, 45, of South Portland, was arrested on Alfred Street by Officer Ezekiel Collins on a charge of violating conditions of release. 

10/4 at 7:19 p.m. Joshua Toman, 39, of Westbrook, was arrested on Running Hill Road by Officer Ryan Le on charges of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, trafficking in prison contraband and violating conditions of release. 

10/5 at 2:53 a.m. Justin Paulin, 32, of South Portland, was arrested on Cumberland Road by Officer Ezekiel Collins on outstanding warrants from outside agencies. 

10/5 at 7:17 p.m. Mimoza Sawtelle, 46, of Windham, was arrested on Maine Mall Road by Officer Kaitlyn Thurlow on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking. 

10/6 at 3:43 p.m. Shawn M. Littlefield, 35, of Portland, was arrested on Cole Street by Officer Scott Study on an outstanding warrant from another agency. 

10/7 at 12:39 a.m. Kelley M. Parker, 31, of Portland, was arrested on Cole Street by Officer Nicolas Dascanio on an outstanding warrant from another agency. 

10/7 at 12:41 p.m. Hellen Pickson, 38, of South Portland, was arrested on Western Avenue by Officer Rocco Navarro on an outstanding warrant from another agency and a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.

10/3 at 10 p.m. Patrick Dick, 19, of South Portland, was issued a summons on Surfsite Road by Officer Michael Armstrong on charges of criminal mischief and illegal consumption of liquor by a minor. 

10/5 at 8:46 p.m. Joseph Gonzalez, 20, of South Portland, was issued a summons on Ocean Street by Officer Michael Armstrong on a charge of illegal consumption of liquor by a minor. 

10/5 at 8:46 p.m. A 17-year-old male, of South Portland, was issued a summons on Ocean Street by Officer Michael Armstrong on a charge of illegal consumption of liquor by a minor. 

10/6 at 1:39 p.m. A 16-year-old male, of South Portland, was issued a summons on Highland Avenue by Officer Alfred Giusto on charges of sale and use of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
