The vehicle was stopped on Hinkley Drive and the female driver turned out to be only 20 years old. When the woman was offered the choice of either dumping out the alcohol or getting summonsed, the 21-year-old male passenger allegedly became irate and left the scene. He later returned, reportedly in a confrontational manner. Darin Hoyt, 21, was arrested on charges of obstructing government administration and refusing to submit to arrest or detention. The driver disposed of the alcohol and was not charged.
