10/27 at 1:52 a.m. Christopher Kelley, 43, of Scarborough, was arrested on Hill Street by Officer Kevin Gerrish on a charge of operating under the influence.

10/27 at 4:26 p.m. Trista C. Townshend, 23, of Biddeford, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Kevin Sager on charges of violating a protective order and violating conditions of release.
