Not-so-frequent fliers

Police received multiple reports of residents in the city’s east end waking up Saturday morning to fliers reading “Less voting booths, more guillotines,” placed on their car windshields. Police Chief Edward Googins said officers responded to the calls, but action wasn’t required. “Although they’re demented … there’s no violation of law,” Googins said. “They did not threaten an individual of any group of individuals.” Googins said no fliers had been reported since initial calls Saturday morning.
