10/24 at 1:41 a.m. Jocelyn R. Baillargeon, 24, of Freeport, was arrested on Nelson Road by Officer Jonathan Stearns on an outstanding warrant from another agency and a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.

10/24 at 2:40 a.m. Samantha L. Foss, 31, of South Portland, was arrested on Waterman Drive by Officer Jonathan Stearns on a charge of operating under the influence.

10/24 at 6:05 a.m. Tyler K. Strauss, 20, of Redington Shores, Florida, was arrested on Casco Bay Bridge by Officer Christopher Todd on a charge of operating under the influence.

10/26 at 9:37 p.m. Alex Stilley, 20, of Portland, was arrested on Brickhill Avenue by Officer Andrew Nelson on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

10/28 at 7:04 a.m. Vann Brazz, 22, of Kennebunk, was arrested on Broadway by Officer Michael Armstrong on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

10/29 at 9 p.m. Claire McAllister, 32, of South Portland, was arrested on Lombard Street by Officer Shane Stephenson on a charge of domestic violence assault.

10/30 at 1:28 a.m. Jeffrey Forbes, 65, of South Portland, was arrested on Southborough Drive by Officer Andrew Nelson on charges of domestic violence assault and domestic violence terrorizing. (Forbes was found not guilty after a jury trial in November 2016.)

10/30 at 5:11 p.m. Sarah Blanchard, 30, of South Portland, was arrested on Waterman Drive by Officer Patricia Maynard on an outstanding warrant from another agency and charges of theft by unauthorized taking and violating conditions of release.

10/30 at 11:40 p.m. Tory T. Monroe, 32, of South Portland, was arrested on Beaufort Street by Officer Theodore Sargent on charges of operating with a suspended or revoked license, driving to endanger and failure to stop for officer.
