11/5 at 2:12 a.m. Matthew D. Parks, 21, of Old Orchard Beach, was arrested on Route 701 by Officer Jacob LaChance on a charge of operating under the influence. 

11/5 at 3:44 p.m. Vaughn S. Clark, 34, no address listed, was arrested on Broadway by Officer Kevin Sager on a charge of violating conditions of release.
