11/8 at 4:24 p.m. Arthur Hill, 25, of South Portland, was arrested on Mardale Avenue by Officer Nicolas Dascanio on an outstanding warrant from another agency and charges of operating with a suspended or revoked license and operating an unregistered vehicle for 150 days or more. 

11/9 at 1:24 a.m. Suzanne E. Jordan, 52, of Portland, was arrested on Broadway by Officer Chris Gosling on a charge of operating under the influence. 

11/10 at 12:36 p.m. William N. Flagg, 31, of South Portland, was arrested on Harborview Avenue by Officer Jonathan Stearns on an outstanding warrant from another agency and a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license. 

11/10 at 3:48 p.m. Marie A. Curtis, 36, of South Portland, was arrested on Philbrook Avenue by Officer Kevin Sager on charges of theft by unauthorized taking and violating conditions of release. 

11/11 at 12:23 a.m. Colin Slattery, 49, of Lyman, was arrested on Church Street by Officer Michael Armstrong on a charge of violating conditions of release. 

11/13 at 4:22 a.m. Lucas Qualey, 31, of Houlton, was arrested on Cash Street by Officer Jacob Lachance on charges of burglary of a motor vehicle, refusing to submit to arrest and violating probation.
