11/3 at 4 p.m. Lisa M. Powers, 52, of Portland, was arrested on Thomas Street by Officer Eric Young on charges of assault, drinking in public and violating conditions of release.

11/4 at 12:39 p.m. Felix Moses Pamba, 52, of South Portland, was arrested on West Wainwright Circle by Officer Richard Mearn on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

11/8 at 6:25 p.m. Justin Knudsen, 30, of Westbrook, was arrested on Broadway by Officer David Stailing on an outstanding warrant from another agency and charges of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, aggravated criminal mischief, reckless conduct and falsifying physical evidence.
