11/2 at 12:10 a.m. Tyler J. Garland, 34, of South Portland, was arrested on Westbrook Street by Officer Richard Habr on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

11/2 at 1:36 a.m. Lanny L. Griffin, 31, of Milton, Fla., was arrested on Interstate 295 by Officer Chris Gosling on charges of operating under the influence, operating while license is suspended or revoked and exceeding the posted speed limit by 30 mph or more.
