10/31 at 10:16 p.m. Donna Whitten, 45, was arrested on Bonnybriar Road by Officer Richard Mearn on charges of operating after suspension and probation violation.

Out the window
10/31 at 2:05 a.m. Police were called to a Broadway apartment for a disturbance. Police located the unit, which had a loud group of people in it. Once apartment occupants realized the police had arrived, they reportedly began exiting through windows. Kayla McLeod, 21, was arrested on charges of furnishing alcohol to a minor, disorderly conduct and refusing to submit to arrest or detention. Carey Gregor, 18, of Cape Elizabeth, was summonsed on a charge of illegal possession of alcohol by a minor.
Free ride ends in Dumpster
11/2 at 2:12 p.m. Police responded to a reported shoplifting incident at a Mill Creek business. The suspect fled the store but was later located in a Dumpster. During the arrest, officers discovers a set of keys that matched a vehicle that had just been reported stolen from another Mill Creek business. Police arrested Charles Johnson, 50, a transient, on charges of theft, receiving stolen property and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
Tough love
11/2 at 5:10 p.m. A Broadway convenience store called police after reportedly catching two children stealing $4 worth of pet food. A 9-year-old girl and her 7-year-old brother were summonsed on charges of theft and released to their mother.
