10/31 at 2:05 a.m. Kayla McLeod, 21, was arrested on Broadway by Officer Christopher Todd on charges of furnishing liquor to minors, disorderly conduct and refusing to submit to arrest or detention.

10/31 at 10:16 p.m. Donna Whitten, 45, was arrested on Bonnybriar Road by Officer Richard Mearn on charges of operating after suspension and probation violation.

10/31 at 2:52 a.m. Tucker Minton, 20, of Portland, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Erin Curry on charges of operating under the influence and operating without a license.

11/2 at 1:25 a.m. Arthur Theriault, 23, was arrested on a warrant on Skillins Street by Officer Brian McCarthy. 

11/2 at 2:12 p.m. Charles Johnson, 50, a transient, was arrested on Waterman Drive by Officer James Fahey on charges of theft by unauthorized taking, theft by unauthorized use of property and receiving stolen property.

11/4 at 1:14 a.m. Thomas Lovely, 25, was arrested on a warrant for failure to comply with the sex offender act on Burnham Street by Officer Richard Mearn.

10/31 at 2:05 a.m. Police were called to a Broadway apartment for a disturbance. Police located the unit, which had a loud group of people in it. Once apartment occupants realized the police had arrived, they reportedly began exiting through windows. Kayla McLeod, 21, was arrested on charges of furnishing alcohol to a minor, disorderly conduct and refusing to submit to arrest or detention. Carey Gregor, 18, of Cape Elizabeth, was summonsed on a charge of illegal possession of alcohol by a minor. 

Free ride ends in Dumpster

11/2 at 2:12 p.m. Police responded to a reported shoplifting incident at a Mill Creek business. The suspect fled the store but was later located in a Dumpster. During the arrest, officers discovers a set of keys that matched a vehicle that had just been reported stolen from another Mill Creek business. Police arrested Charles Johnson, 50, a transient, on charges of theft, receiving stolen property and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. 

Tough love

11/2 at 5:10 p.m. A Broadway convenience store called police after reportedly catching two children stealing $4 worth of pet food. A 9-year-old girl and her 7-year-old brother were summonsed on charges of theft and released to their mother.
