10/23 at 1:29 a.m. Michelle K. Gouzie, 23, of Westbrook, was arrested on Main Street by Sgt. Kevin Gerrish on a charge of operating under the influence. 

10/23 at 2:17 a.m. Ashley Blanchard, 28, of Raymond, was arrested on Broadway by Officer Kaitlyn Thurlow on a charge of operating under the influence. 

10/24 at 3:16 a.m. Omar Nyang, 23, of South Portland, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Caleb Gray on an outstanding local warrant and charges of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, sale and use of drug paraphernalia and violating conditions of release. 

10/24 at 10:10 p.m. Christopher L. Frank, 26, no address listed, was arrested on B Street by Officer David Stailing on outstanding local warrants and charges of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, misuse of public benefits and violating conditions of release. 

10/27 at 8:57 a.m. Nancy Begert, 56, of Portland, was arrested on the Casco Bay Bridge by Officer Nicolas Dascanio on an outstanding warrant from another agency and a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license. 

10/27 at 10:58 a.m. Amanda Whitney, 31, of Portland, was arrested on Western Avenue by Officer Rocco Navarro on outstanding warrants from outside agencies and a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.
