5/14 at 10:29 a.m. Sandra Libby, 23, was arrested on a warrant by Officer Rocco Navarro on Broadway. 

5/14 at 11:31 p.m. Carol Aft, 48, of Falmouth, was arrested on High Street by Officer Kenneth Cronin on charges of criminal mischief and criminal trespass.

5/17 at 5:54 a.m. Joseph Harmon, 20, was arrested on Sawyer Street by Officer Brian McCarthy on a warrant and on a charge of operating after suspension.

5/17 at 4:47 p.m. Ian Levesque, 30, was arrested on Broadway by Officer David Stailing on a charge of operating after suspension.

5/17 at 7:47 p.m. Scott Egan, 38, was arrested on B Street by Officer Richard Mearn on charges of domestic violence assault and operating under the influence.

5/15 at 5:56 p.m. A 14-year-old girl and 15-year-old girl, of Augusta, were summonsed on Philbrook Avenue by Officer Theodore Sargent on charges of theft by unauthorized taking.

5/16 at 10:11 a.m. Lawrence Michaud, 63, was summonsed on Broadway by Officer Steven Connors on a charge of harassment by phone.

5/17 at 9:03 a.m. Deanna Tarbox, 22, of Windham, was summonsed on Gannett Drive by Officer Steven Connors on a charge of operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

5/18 at 5:04 p.m. John Chambers, 18, was summonsed on Broadway by Officer David Stailing on a charge of sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

5/18 at 8:58 p.m. Michael Hale, 24, of Portland, was summonsed on Veteran’s Memorial Bridge on a charge of operating an unregistered vehicle.

5/19 at 11:13 a.m. Theresa Foster, 48, was summonsed on Coach Road by Officer Steven Connors on a charge of obstructing report of crime or injury.

5/20 at 11:30 a.m. Jeff Barlow, 56, was summonsed on Cleveland Circle by Officer Corey Hamilton on a charge of keeping a dangerous dog. 

5/20 at 1:37 a.m. Travis Wright, 21, of Biddeford, was summonsed on Interstate 295 by Officer Chris Gosling on a charge of exceeding posted speed by 30 mph or greater.

Signs, signs

5/14 at 11:30 p.m. Police were called to High Street for an unwanted person. A resident was investigating a noise in his yard and noticed a person getting into a Jeep Liberty and driving off. The resident discovered his “No Trespassing” sign had been damaged. Carol Aft, 48, of Falmouth, was arrested on charges of criminal mischief and criminal trespass.

Dog bites dog, man

5/15 Police responded to an Alfred Street residence for a reported dog bite. The resident told police that their dog had been attacked on their property by their neighbor’s dog. One of the dog owners was reportedly bitten as the dogs were being separated. A few days later, Jeff Barlow, 56, was summonsed on a charge of keeping a dangerous dog.

Drugs, gun found in hotel

5/20 at 10:14 p.m. Police responded to a reported marijuana odor in a Main Street hotel. During an investigation assisted by the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency, police allegedly discovered a handgun and an undetermined amount of drugs in the room. Vashawn Brown, 20, of Brooklyn, NY, Akeem Cruz, 20, of Brooklyn, NY, Luqman Jones, 27, of Portland, and Kabar Williams, 31, of Brooklyn, NY, were arrested on charges of aggravated trafficking or furnishing of scheduled drugs.
