5/15 at 1:13 a.m. David Burnett, 22, of Windham, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Kevin Sager on a charge of operating under the influence. 

5/16 at 5:23 p.m. Matthew Gilboy, 18, of South Portland, was arrested on Red Oak Drive by Officer Richard Mearn on charges of theft by unauthorized taking, violating a protection order, attaching false license plates and violating conditions of release.
