5/7 at 11:42 p.m. Sean T. O’Hare, 43, of Scarborough, was arrested on Western Avenue by Officer Shane Stephenson on charges of domestic violence assault and refusing to submit to arrest or detention.

5/8 at 4:11 a.m. Atitya Meas, 25, of Portland, was arrested on Gorham Road by Officer Shane Stephenson on a charge of operating under the influence.

5/12 at 12:20 a.m. Russell Henry Harmon, 20, of Standish, was issued a summons on Broadway by Officer David Stailing on a charge of possession of marijuana.

5/7 at 10:28 a.m. Police responded to the 100 block of Cottage Road, where a property owner reported graffiti. Police said letters were written on a building and sidewalk, resulting in about $100 in damage. Police would not describe the tag, saying they didn’t want to “provide an outlet for an unknown artist.”

One by the road

5/7 at 11:12 p.m. Police responded to Fort Road for the report of two men drinking in public, but both reportedly fled prior to arrival. One of the men was later identified and located, but police found no alcohol, so no charges were filed.

Bugged out

5/9 at 12:01 a.m. Officer Kevin Theriault happened upon a parked Pontiac Firebird at Buglight Park. The lone person in the vehicle was allegedly in possession of suspected drugs and equipment. Marc Lano, 24, of Old Orchard Beach was issued a summons on a charge of possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia.
