2/23 at 2:28 a.m. Linda Dy, 23, of Westbrook, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Chris Gosling on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.

2/23 at 10:59 a.m. Phillip Cormier, 29, of South Portland, was arrested on Broadway by Officer Rocco Navarro on charges of operating with a suspended or revoked license and violating conditions of release.

2/23 at 6:25 p.m. Jason Hunter, 28, of Portland, was arrested on Philbrook Avenue by Officer Andrew Nelson on charges of theft by unauthorized taking, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and trafficking in prison contraband.
