2/25 at 2:16 a.m. Joshua M. Howell, 21, of South Portland, was arrested on Broadway by Officer Shane Stephenson on charges of violating conditions of release, operating after suspension and on a warrant. 

2/25 at 5:06 a.m. Hannah L. Ecker, 20, of Thomaston, was arrested on Fort Road by Officer Shane Stephenson on charges of disorderly conduct and possession of alcohol by a minor.

2/26 at 1:46 a.m. Anthony J. Abbot, 32, of Scarborough, was arrested on Interstate 295 by Officer Jake Hall on a charge of criminal speeding.

2/26 at 2:25 a.m. Sergio R. Sardinha, 37, of Middletown, N.Y., was arrested on I-295 by Officer Kevin Theriault on charges of possession of marijuana and operating under the influence.

2/26 at 5:27 a.m. William McIntosh, 40, of South Portland, was arrested on Westbrook Street by Officer Chris Gosling on a charge of domestic violence assault.

2/27 at 2:18 a.m. Jayson M. Craft, 39, of South Portland, was arrested on Summit Street by Officer Jake Hall on charges of operating under the influence, attaching false plates, displaying a fictitious inspection and operating without a license.

2/27 at 2:20 p.m. Adam J. Scott, 22, of Westbrook, was arrested on Maine Mall Road by Officer Jeffrey Pooler on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. 

2/28 at 7:36 a.m. Blair March, 19, of Wells, was arrested on Route 109 by Officer Jeffrey Caldwell on a charge of operating after suspension.

2/28 at 4:46 p.m. Joseph M. Harmon, 22, of South Portland, was arrested on Grove Avenue by Officer Scott Corbett on charges of sale and use of drug paraphernalia, refusing to submit to arrest or detention and on a warrant.

2/29 at 1:30 a.m. Rebecca S. Sloan, 27, of South Portland, was arrested on Broadway by Officer Jeff Levesque on a charge of violating conditions of release.

3/2 at 2:39 a.m. Ken P. Labrie, 27, of Portland, was arrested on Veterans Memorial Bridge by Officer Kevin Theriault on charges of operating under the influence, operating after suspension and on a warrant.
