2/20 at 12:02 a.m. Keith Wolcott, 29, of Greenland, N.H., was arrested on Philbrook Avenue by Officer James Fahey on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking. 

2/20 at 2:32 p.m. Thomas Huff, 39, was arrested on Maine Mall Road by Officer Adam Howard on charges of theft by unauthorized taking and possession or transfer of theft devices.

2/21 at 3:26 a.m. Joseph Tutrone, 26, of Portland, was arrested on Thompson Street by Officer Erin Curry on a charge of operating under the influence.

2/22 at 3:30 a.m. Adam Black, 23, was arrested on Summit Street by Officer Todd Barlow on two charges of burglary and two charges of burglary to a motor vehicle.

2/23 at 11:49 p.m. Linzi Crooks, 20, was arrested on Broadway by Officer Brian McCarthy on a warrant and on a charge of operating after suspension.

Note not enough

2/22 at 3:20 p.m. Police responded to an accident on Ocean Street involving an injury. Officers learned that the driver of the striking vehicle stopped briefly to provide a phone number then left. Meanwhile, the victim needed to be transported to a local hospital. The striking vehicle was eventually located on Waterman Drive and the driver, Jessica Evangelista, 33, was summonsed on a charge of leaving the scene of a collision with personal injury.

2/25 at 2:45 p.m. Police responded to a Philbrook Avenue store were a suspected shoplifter evaded security and left with stolen items in a car. Store employees followed the car, which briefly stopped to allow an occupant to stash some items behind a building. The vehicle was stopped on Gorham Road and the driver, Jane George, 54, of Kittery, was identified as the alleged shoplift. Police discovered George was prohibited from entering the store. She was arrested on charges of theft, criminal trespass, possessing theft transfer device and violating conditions of release.
