2/19 at 10:26 a.m. Cheryl G. DeGeorge, 25, of Old Orchard Beach, was arrested on Veterans Memorial Bridge by Officer Brian McCarthy on a charge of violating conditions of release.

2/19 at 6:34 p.m. Leon Warren, 37, of Standish, was arrested on Maine Mall Road by Officer Kevin Theriault on charges of theft by unauthorized taking and possession or transfer of theft devices.

2/20 at 9:33 p.m. Ryan Toothaker, 37, of South Portland, was arrested on Liberty Lane by Officer Shane Stephenson on charges of domestic violence assault and obstructing report of a crime.

2/21 at 1:38 a.m. Matthew Rousseau, 45, of South Portland, was arrested on Interstate 295 by Officer Michael Armstrong on charges of operating under the influence and operating without a license. 

2/21 at 2:23 a.m. David McLaughlin, 19, of South Portland, was arrested on York Street in Portland by Officer Kevin Gerrish on charges of operating under the influence and operating without a license. 

2/22 at 5:50 p.m. Ernest W. Dubeau, 32, of Portland, was arrested on Westbrook Street by Officer Jeff Warren on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license. 

2/24 at 12:12 a.m. Ahmed Ayesh, 18, of Biddeford, was arrested at Bug Light Park by Officer Jacob LaChance on an outstanding warrant from another agency. 

2/24 at 6:06 p.m. Andrew Rupard, 28, no address listed, was arrested on Running Hill Road by Officer Steven Connors on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.
