Arrests

3/19 at 6:03 a.m. Melissa Dawn Bowden, 22, of South Portland, was arrested on Grandview Avenue by Officer Kevin Theriault on a charge of domestic violence assault.

3/19 at 3:47 p.m. Scott H. Beebe, 23, of Scarborough, was arrested on Maine Mall Road by Officer Philip Longanecker on a charge of operating under the influence.

3/20 at 12:52 a.m. Jeremy M. Ciarfella, 26, Billerica, Mass., was arrested on Western Avenue by Officer Brian McCarthy on a warrant.

3/21 at 3:23 p.m. Paul Pinette, 34, of Westbrook, was arrested on Maine Mall Road by Officer Kevin Sager on charges of assault, theft by unauthorized taking, violation conditional release and possession of burglary tools.

3/21 at 4:10 p.m. Katherine Pameau, 24, of Portland, was arrested on Maine Mall Road by Officer Andrew Nelson on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.

3/22 at 6:39 p.m. Corydon Lynn Mills, 22, of Old Orchard Beach, was arrested on Hawthorne Lane by Officer Erin Curry on a charge of operating a motor vehicle after revocation – habitual offender.

3/23 at 4:33 p.m. Vilma Socorro Montano, 39, of Clarksburg, Md., was arrested on Waterman Drive by Officer Peter Corbett on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.

3/24 at 1:01 a.m. Kristen R. White, 18, of South Portland, was arrested on Broadway by Officer Theodore Sargent on charges of burglary, possession of alcohol by a minor, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and failure to give correct name and/or date of birth.

3/24 at 1:01 a.m. A 17-year-old boy, of South Portland, was arrested on Broadway by Officer Theodore Sargent on a charge of possession of marijuana.

3/24 at 2:42 a.m. Dani Noel Boucher, 23, of South Portland, was arrested on Collin Kelley Road by Officer Jake Hall on a charge of violation of conditional release.

3/25 at 3:30 p.m. Danijela Zjaca, 23, of Portland, was arrested on Market Street by Officer Peter Corbett on charges of stealing drugs and possession of scheduled drugs.

Summonses

3/20 at 2:11 p.m. A 13-year-old boy, of South Portland, was issued a summons on Townhouse Drive by Officer Steven Connors on charges of domestic violence assault and criminal mischief.

3/21 at 4:37 p.m. Julia Schwerin, 57, of Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons on Broadway by Officer Richard Mearn on a charge of operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

3/24 at 12:23 a.m. Dillon J. DeMille, 19, of South Portland, was issued a summons on Main Street by Officer Jeff Levesque on a charge of possession of marijuana.

3/24 at 1:01 a.m. A 17-year-old girl, of South Portland, was issued a summons on Broadway by Officer Theodore Sargent on charges of burglary, theft by unauthorized taking and possession of alcohol by a minor.

3/24 at 3:14 p.m. Megan L. Daye, 26, of Bethel, was issued a summons on Maine Mall Road by Officer Philip Longanecker on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.

Vehicle break-ins

3/19 to 3/21 Police received four reports of seemingly unrelated motor vehicle burglaries. Electronics were reportedly stolen at 2:41 a.m. on March 19 from a vehicle with a smashed window on Stanford Street. On March 20, small items were reported stolen at 10:24 a.m. from an unlocked vehicle on the 400 block of Western Avenue. Four hours later, office products were reportedly stolen from a vehicle on Maine Mall Road. Another vehicle on Wainwright Circle West was reportedly broken into on March 21, but nothing was stolen.

Residential burglaries

3/21 5:27 p.m. Police responded to an attempted residential burglary on Southwell Avenue. Police reported there was “criminal mischief to a garage window,” but no entry was gained and nothing was taken.

3/21 at 4:19 p.m. Police responded to a Clifford Street home for a reported  burglary in which several items were reported missing, including musical instruments. Police said there was no evidence of forced entry, and the case is still under investigation.

Rowdy roadies

3/24 at 1:01 a.m. Police were called to Broadway and Benjamin Pickett Street for a report of a group of people being disorderly. Police made contact with a 17-year-old boy and two girls. One girl, who was 17, was reportedly bleeding from the head and was allegedly uncooperative. The other girl, Kristen White, 18, allegedly dropped some packaging on the ground that was later determined to be from a nearby restaurant. The girls were arrested on charges of burglary, theft and possession of alcohol by a minor. White was also charged with failure to give personal information. The boy was issued a summons for possession of marijuana.

3/24 at 6:37 a.m. False alarm, Elderberry Drive.

3/24 at 5:26 p.m. Special incident, Cole Street.
