3/14 at 2:14 a.m. Joseph E. Gonzalez, 19, of Westbrook, was arrested on Robinston Street by Officer Richard Habr on charges of possession liquor as a minor and disorderly conduct.

3/14 at 2:59 a.m. Charles Aboda, 18, of Portland, was arrested on Philbrook Avenue by Officer Jonathan Stearns on a charge of violating conditions of release.

3/15 at 1:55 a.m. Elizabeth M. Lavigne, 29, of South Portland, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Chris Gosling on charges of sale and use of drug paraphernalia, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and failure to provide correct name, address or date of birth.
