3/9 at 7:08 p.m. Paul Biester, 29, of South Portland, was arrested on High Street by Officer Anthony Verville on a charge of being a fugitive from justice.

3/10 at 4:39 p.m. Jean Marie Nkaka, 49, of Portland, was arrested on the Maine Mall Road by Officer Caleb Gray on charges of operating while licence suspended and violating condition of release.

3/12 at 11:05 p.m. Daniel Winn, 51, of South Portland, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Steven Connors on a warrant.

3/12 at 4:20 p.m. James Michael Fisette, 25, of Westbrook, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Kevin Theriault on a charge of operating a vehicle while license suspended.

3/14 at 10:05 p.m. Megan Jackson, 28, of South Portland, was arrested on Cottage Road by Officer Kevin Sager on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating condition of release.

3/15 at 9:54 p.m. Peter W. Everest, 34, of South Portland, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Jeff Warren on a warrant.
