2/10 at 1:09 a.m. Courtney T. Riz-Boothby, 23, of Portland, was arrested on Interstate 95 by Officer Ezekiel Collins on a charge of operating under the influence. 

2/10 at 5:59 p.m. Nikki Cramm, 51, of Portland, was arrested on Clifford Street by Officer Ryan M. Johns on a charge of domestic violence assault. 

2/11 at 7:07 p.m. Reed Broadus, 47, of South Portland, was arrested on Devereaux Circle by Officer Caleb Gray on a charge of domestic violence assault.
