3/4 at 4:06 p.m. Melissa Carignan, 39, of Portland, was arrested by Officer Kevin Webster on Western Avenue on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.

 3/6 at 10:49 a.m. Joseph Bowie, 22, of Portland, was arrested by Officer Steven Connors on Maine Mall Road on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

3/7 at 3:54 p.m. Joshua Lamb, 22, of Windham, was arrested by Officer Andrew Nelson on Western Avenue on a charge of domestic violence assault.

3/9 at 6 p.m. Daniel Munro, 18, of South Portland, was arrested by Officer Scott Corbett on Cottage Road on charges of marijuana cultivation and violating condition of release.

3/10 at 6:02 p.m. Brian Berrick, 43, of Portland, was arrested by Officer Scott Corbett on Main Street on charges of refusing to submit to arrest, violating condition of release and on an outstanding warrant. Berrick was arrested at 6:30 p.m. by Officer Christopher Todd on a charge of robbery.
